formula

each 10 mL contains: cephalexin monohydrate (base) 200 mg, neomycin sulphate (base) 340 mg, cloxacillin benzathine 500 mg, vitamin A 10 000 iu, oleus vehicle 250 mg, excipients q.s.ad. 10 mL

indications

intrauterine suspension indicated for the treatment and prevention of metritis (clinic and subclinic) and pyometra in cows caused by sensible germs to any of the antibiotics in the formula

dosage y administration

metri-cef® 3 is administered through intrauterine infusion. the dose is a 30 mL syringe for each animal, which has to be introduced in the uterus using the attached infusion tube with adaptor.
