Tranquilizer and analgesic action, related to depression of central nervous system in most of domestic species. Its muscle relaxing effect is based on the inhibition of transmission of nervous pulses in muscle. Significant sedation (or only tranquilization) and moderate analgesia for minor interventions, sedation, analgesia, anesthesia and intense muscular relaxation for very painful interventions (with infiltration or regional anesthesia) or as inductor together with other anesthetics (ie ketamine) |

By intramuscular route only (equines by intravenous route). Cattle, ruminants: 0.25 to 1.5 mL/100 kg of body weight. Equines: 5 mL/100 kg of body weight. Small species: 0.15 mL/kg of body weight. |
