Buserelin (as acetate) 0.0084 mg (equivalent to 0.008 of buserelin) q.s. ad 1 mL.

indications

Synthetic hormone, polypeptide liberator (“releasing”) to stimulate the release of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone), from the anterior lobe of hypophysis. Handling fecundity problems of ovarian origin (cyst, acyclia, delayed ovulation, ovulation induction, etc.), increase of conception rate in artificial insemination and after heat synchronization.

dosage y administration

Intramuscular, although it can also be administered by endovenous or subcutaneous routes. It varies between 1.25 and 5 mL per animal, depending on clinical indications.
