formula

oxytetracycline dihydrate 300 mg; long action excipients on non pyrrolidonic carrier q.s. ad 1 mL.

indications

prevention and treatment of respiratory complex of fattening bovines. Other diseases caused by microorganisms that are sensitive to oxytetracycline (Gram- and Gram+ bacteria): anaplasmosis, pietin (foot rot), bacterial enteritis, onfalophlebitis, polyarthritis, leptospirosis, listerosis, metritis, pasteurellosis, keratoconjunctivitis, pneumonia, metritis-mastitis-agalactacia syndrome (MMA). effective oxytetracycline plasmic levels are obtained with duramicyn® 300 l.a., as far as 6 days after one single administration

dosage y administration

deep intramuscular or subcutaneous route. for severe infections: 1 mL/10 kg of weight (30 mg/kg). for moderate and light infections: 1 mL/15 kg of weight.
