it can be used the intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous route: 1ml for 10 kg, two times a day, for 3 or 5 days or until the a normal coagulation time. first generation vitamin k antagonists (coumarine and warfarine) rodenticides poisoning : canine / feline: 1 ml/5 kg for 4 to 6 days, two times a day. equine: 1 ml/10 kg 3 times a day, for 3 to 5 days. bovine, sheep, porcine, south americans camelids: 1 to 3 ml/10 kg, 3 times a day, for 3 to 5 days. second generation vitamin k antagonists (difacinone and brodifacoume): all the species (kinds): initial dose: 1 ml/2 kg followed for: 1 ml/4 kg daily up to 14 days or up to the clinical signs remission. subcutaneous or intramuscular route
