During June, Agrovet Market Nicaragua—the company's local office—conducted the inaugural edition of the "Agrovet Market 2026 Tour," an initiative that brought together veterinarians, animal science engineers, technicians, and livestock producers from various regions of the country. The primary goal was to share scientific knowledge and provide practical tools to enhance productivity and animal welfare.

The tour began in Mulukukú, in the North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, and subsequently visited key cattle-farming areas across northern, central, and southern Nicaragua. Technical update sessions were held at each location, allowing participants to share experiences, analyze major industry challenges, and promote the adoption of more efficient and sustainable production practices; the tour drew over 500 participants in total.

As part of the academic program, the lectures were led by Gerardo Escobedo Fuentes (MVZ), the current Technical Manager for Agrovet Market® Mexico. He is a specialist with over 25 years of experience in cattle production, health management, fattening systems, and technical consulting for the veterinary pharmaceutical industry in Mexico. His participation enabled attendees to learn about up-to-date protocols for improving animal health, optimizing production systems, and addressing current livestock farming challenges through a strictly technical and practical approach.

Beyond the lectures, the Agrovet Market 2026 Tour served as a valuable forum for exchange among producers, veterinarians, and the Agrovet Market® technical team, strengthening relationships with the people who drive the development of the national livestock sector on a daily basis.

Agrovet Market® maintains an unwavering commitment to innovation, continuous training, and technical support, offering solutions that contribute to the sustainable growth of animal production. With the successful completion of this first Agrovet Market Nicaragua 2026 Tour, the company reaffirms its mission to bring knowledge, technology, and high-value solutions to the country's key production regions, solidifying its position as a strategic partner in the development of Nicaraguan livestock farming.
