Atrevia®, the leading brand for antiparasitic protection from Petmedica®, successfully participated in ExpoPerro—an event dedicated to dogs and their families—which took place on October 24th and 25th at the Convexia Convention Center in Surco.

San Salvador, El Salvador, 2026. – The VET 360 Congress, organized by the Alberto Masferrer University (USAM), took place at the Sheraton Presidente Hotel in San Salvador. Petmedica®—a division of Agrovet Market® specializing in companion animals—participated with the goal of contributing to the training of future veterinarians, in an event that brought together more than 400 veterinary medicine students in their final years of study.

Pet health and well-being took center stage at Expo Perro 2026. Virbac was present on October 24th and 25th at the Convexia Expo Center to share its pet care offerings with dog and cat lovers. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the brand’s solutions and discover options to support the health of their four-legged companions.

August 2026 – The Hilton Hotel in San Salvador hosted the 15th anniversary of the León Veterinary Congress (CVDL) El Salvador 2026. This gathering brought together approximately 700 veterinarians from the region, who participated in professional development sessions, lectures, and activities focused on companion animal medicine.

On October 8, 2026, the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, hosted the launch of the new antiparasitic that is revolutionizing the pet market: Atrevia® 360°, an oral ecto- and endoparasiticide that sets a new standard for comprehensive protection for dogs.

Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico). As part of the 8th International Conference on Cattle Production and Reproduction, held on October 1 and 2 in Hermosillo, Agrovet Market reaffirmed its commitment to livestock health in the region by training more than 400 producers and veterinary zootechnicians (MVZ).

During the event, MVZ Gerardo Escobedo, Technical Director of Agrovet Market, delivered a presentation titled “The Important Role of the MVZ in Addressing the Threat of the Borer Worm in a Disease-Free Zone.” The presentation covered surveillance protocols, key procedures for immediate action, and the critical role of veterinary professionals in safeguarding the health status of Mexico’s livestock industry.

As it does every year, Agrovet Market took part in this important livestock sector gathering, held on September 12 and 13 at Alameda Mamacona.

Virbac participated in Peruvian Cats 2026, where it shared its comprehensive feline health solutions with the veterinary community and created an opportunity for professional development regarding feline nutrition.

On September 10 and 11, Petmedica participated in the "Peruvian Cats" Feline Medicine Congress, held at the ESAN University campus.

From September 2 to 5, 2026, the city of León, Guanajuato (Mexico), hosted the 2026 edition of the León Veterinary Congress (CVDL), an event firmly established as the largest veterinary gathering in Latin America. This international event brought together more than 25,500 attendees and offered over 900 hours of simultaneous lectures, distributed across more than 35 rooms dedicated to technical training and veterinary innovation.
