Horses Swine Multiuse granules

Each 100 g contain: Flunixin (as flunixin meglumine) 5 g, excipients q.s.ad 100 g.

Horses: Relief of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders and relief of visceral pain associated with colic. Fever, infectious diseases together with antibiotherapy. Swine: Relief of fever -mainly associated with swine respiratory disease-, anorexia, pain and endotoxin-induced subclinical symptoms. Inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders, tail docking, castration, dehorning, etc. In sows, control of mastitis, metritis and agalactia after parturition.

 

Oral route mixed in food. Horses: 1.1 mg/kg of body weight per day. In practice: 1 g of fluniQuest® C500 for every 45 kg of body weight, administered with food; once a day for 3-5 days. The granules are easily administered by spraying a small amount of food. In acute cases, treatment may be administered initially by intravenous or intramuscular injection of flunixin meglumine solution (Flunimine® p.e.), followed by fluniQuest® C500 on days 2 to 5. Treatment should not exceed 5 consecutive days. Swine: 1-2 mg/kg of body weight per day. In practice: 1 Kg per 1 - 2 MT of food. Treat once or twice a day for 5-7 days in a row depending on the case. The dose may be higher in the first treatment or in a severe case.
